Conveniently located near the railway station.
The room I booked was more like a cramped hostel room, sharing a bathroom that had a disturbing mildew smell. I couldn't believe the sound of door alarms waking me up continuously throughout my stay—what a ridiculous design choice! Lastly, I was disappointed by the overall state of cleanliness. the external areas smelled unpleasant, making the arrival experience quite off-putting.

The room furniture looks outdated!!! The curtains don’t fully block the sunlight!!! The internet speed is painfully slow!!! Noise from trams and other guests can be quite disruptive!!! Some rooms are poorly maintained!!!

Had a great time with friends exploring nearby parks and enjoying local cuisine. The location was a huge plus, making it easy to get around. I recommend checking out the historic sites not too far from here. Plus, it’s only a short walk from the bus and train stations.
We faced some issues with the heating in our room that made for a chilly night. It took a while to get anyone to address it, which was frustrating.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Sofia By The Railway Station Wroclaw. The location is simply unbeatable, right in front of the beautiful railway station and just a brisk 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit all the more enjoyable.
Room could use more amenities.

the air conditioning was an absolute joke, I had to download an app just to control it, which of course didn't work. add to that the annoying noise from the railway station, and you get sleepless nights. I almost considered a good review, but then they forgot my complimentary upgrade, it's like I don’t matter. Disgraceful.

The location is perfect for catching early or late trains, literally steps from the station. The staff are friendly and willing to assist whenever needed. I appreciated the spacious feel of the room, which made my stay more enjoyable. Also, the hotels proximity to the vibrant city center allowed me to explore easily during my short visit.
