Fantastic breakfast with a voucher to a nearby cafe, attentive workers. Excellent and perfect location in the safe area, close enough to Wroclaw main railway station, transport and old town centre.

Conveniently located near the railway station.
The room I booked was more like a cramped hostel room, sharing a bathroom that had a disturbing mildew smell. I couldn't believe the sound of door alarms waking me up continuously throughout my stay-what a ridiculous design choice! Lastly, I was disappointed by the overall state of cleanliness. The external areas smelled unpleasant.

The staff are efficient and attentive, managed the parking nearby. The hotel has a magnificent and incredible location, very close to bus stop for airport bus.

Its location is nice, near Wroclaw's main railway station as well as old town centre, quiet area. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very amiable and attentive stuff. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with tea and big windows and great views and care about everyone👌❤

The room furniture looks outdated!!! The curtains don't fully block the sunlight!!! The internet speed is painfully slow!!! Noise from trams and other guests can be quite disruptive!!! Some rooms are poorly maintained!!!

The location was a huge plus. I recommend checking out the historic sites not too far from here. Plus, it's only a short walk from the bus and train stations.
We faced some issues with the heating in our room, made for a chilly night. It took a while to get anyone to address it, frustrating.

The air conditioning was an absolute joke, I had to download an app just to control it, which of course didn't work. Add to that the annoying noise from the railway station, and you get sleepless nights. I almost considered a good review, but then they forgot my complimentary upgrade, it's like I don't matter. Disgraceful.
